current mood: happy

Thanks to all who sent us well-wishes for our anniversary, and congratulations for Sarah as she graduated.

I've already shared these pics on Facebook, but they may be new to some of my Livejournal friends.

Sarah in her gown, queueing for the official photos to be taken (they'll be posted once we get them, too):

Me and Sarah, also in the queue:

Sarah and her mum, after the graduation ceremony:

And video I took (which hasn't been seen anywhere else) of Sarah being presented to the Chancellor of the OU at the graduation ceremony.

(Suffice it to say, there are no words for how proud I am of Sarah right now!)

Well done Sarah! I have HUGE respect for people who get OU degrees - it is such a challenging process.

Why the stick, though? (worried)

It looked familiar - the location, I mean. Where was it?

She sprained or twisted her ankle a few weeks back. It's taking a bit longer to heal up than we initially hoped - the GP said she might have pulled a muscle or something. :-(

It was at the Barbican. :-)

Thank you, it's also a lot of fun studying with the OU, I'd recommended them to any one looking to return to study.

I fell over on the August bank holiday Saturday and badly twisted my ankle I'm hoping to be off the stick soon. This is theatre 1 (I think) in the Barbican
