Y'know, say what you like about the rain (and I will), but there is enough of it that if you come to the Lake District to see lakes, you'll get more than your money's worth for newly-formed little 'uns. One in particular I saw on the drive to Carlisle, whilst it may not have compared much to Ullswater, had taken a big enough chunk out of the field it was in that it was confusing the living daylights out of some poor, bewildered sheep...
