I know I have some friends out there who are keen on Warhammer 40K, so this is a little cry for help - anyone know where I can get a nice cheap copy of James Swallow's (jmswallow) Hammer and Anvil? I'm not looking for anything necessarily stupidly cheap, but...Amazon has three copies going on Marketplace. One of them is £60, and the other two are over £4200. Much as I'd like to read the book (and its predecessor, Faith and Fire, which is currently available for much more sensible prices), I've no great desire to spend quite that much!
