Last Christmas...

...I gave you my heart. And the very next day, you said, "oh, you utter cheapskate! You could have got me anything from my Amazon wishlist, but instead you gave me a secondhand used piece of your anatomy. What kind of a gift is that?" But I didn't care, because I was too busy being dead from not having a heart any more.

Last Christmas has also been announced as the title of the forthcoming Doctor Who Christmas special (one month to go, folks. Not that I'm counting, or, um, anything...). Slightly anticlimactic (I'd have preferred Santa and the Doctor, but hopefully there might be a Wham! tie-in somewhere in the episode. Perhaps Nick Frost can be seen singing it during the episode and then record a full version for the BBC website..?
