A friend...

...just shared this song on Facebook, and...it's rather beautiful, isn't it? Well, I think so, anyway.

And then, when I was playing it on iTunes, the next song up was this little stirring anthem:

Speaking of which...I really enjoyed Doctor Who last night. Seems most people on my Flist/Facebook timeline did, too. Got to be honest, I think this was the first time they really got the Doctor right in the Capaldi era, at least consistently - there've been good moments, including the closing moments of Death in Heaven, but in most stories his character went beyond "mildly grumpy old curmudgeon" and into "totally unpleasant tosswad". Can we just forget the latest series happened and call this a fresh start..?
