Coupling - Stuck in the Giggle Loop

I think...

...I'm going to make myself a bucket list.

  • Watch Hunted. This should be easy. Granted, I'm still only on episode 2, but it's not been renewed for a second series, so if I watch an episode a night I can be up to date by some time next week.
  • Get up to date with the massive pile of books to be read in my bedroom. This could take a while. I'm officially banning myself from buying any more books until I'm up to date. I did that a while back, but bought some more anyway. *ahem*
  • Get up to date with Merlin. I'm still on episode 2 of the last series. That'll take me a bit longer than Hunted, but even so, I should be able to get there before too long.
  • Watch some anime. I have Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle on DVD. That'll be a start.
  • Read some proper Arthur Conan Doyle Sherlock Holmes instead of making do with Sherlock and Elementary
  • Watch some Jeremy Brett Sherlock Holmes, ditto.
  • Weird one this, but I'd like to eat at least once in every branch of Nando's in the UK. This is partly because I like Nando's, but also partly inspired by a friend at university who, if I'm remembering aright, had a goal of drinking in every Wetherspoon's. I've been giving serious thought to doing this as some sort of sponsored thing (possibly raising money for Asthma UK and Diabetes UK), but have yet to do anything concrete about that. As I tend to hunt down the nearest Nando's whenever I visit a new place, I have a bit of a head start...
  • Visit Venice.
  • Visit Scotland.
  • Write a novel.
  • Convert all my vinyl records to mp3 so the whole lot can go in the loft.
  • And my tapes.
  • And my CDs, for that matter. Bung 'em all on a 250GB Hard Drive. Who needs optical media anyway?
  • Drive a steam train
  • Ride a horse. Used to go horseriding many years ago, but it's something I'd like to do again. So it sort of doesn't belong on this list. But it's my list, I make up the rules.

Okay, that'll do for now...
