Doctor Who - Ice Warriors classic

So far...

...three people, in geographically disparate locations, have posted on my Facebook timeline commenting on the appearance of the sun in the sky.

However, I can - with extreme disappointment - report that, despite a patch of blue sky visible overhead, there is no sign of the sun over Hemel Hempstead, and indeed there is mainly a fair bit of cloud.

:-(

Oh well - brief trip to Chelmsford this afternoon (where, who knows, the sun may put in an appearance), and then Doctor Who this evening. Meanwhile, I'm busy ripping my old Taja Sevelle album (anyone remember her, or is it just me?) to mp3...
Doctor Who - Ice Warriors new

Tonight's Doctor Who

I liked that. It wasn't great, but it was a good, solid, entertaining story. I enjoyed David Warner finally getting to do actual TV Doctor Who, and I hope we see more of a.) him and b.) the Ice Warriors. And after getting a text from Sarah asking me to record BBC4's screening of the opera Eugene Onegin yesterday, I was amused that one of the characters was called Onegin.

Probably 8 out of 10 from me. At the moment, I'd probably give the previous two episodes 10 each, subject to change after rewatching them.
