Avengers - Black Widow AAOU trailer 3

Avengers: Age of Ultron

Collapse )

Picked up a copy of Civil War at the local Waterstones afterwards, btw, just out of curiosity as to roughly what we might have to look forward to in the next Captain America film.

Also...am I alone in thinking that an Agent Carter film would really kick some serious ass? And no, the one-shot doesn't count...
Stargate SG1 - cast & logo

Today, so far...

...has involved playing the Nice Posh Clavinova at our nice new church building for the morning service, which went well (especially considering I wasn't sent the list of hymns until yesterday afternoon, and seeing as how I was in London at the time I didn't get to actually practice them until, well, until I was there at the church this morning. Fortunately, they were all ones I know, which helped. Did a bit of low grade socialising afterwards (I'm not a naturally gifted socialiser) and then headed home via Tesco to pick up some food for Sarah, who unfortunately had a migraine and a sore neck and so has been in bed today.

(Someone got trapped in the lift at church. I offered to help out, but it seems that other people, including one who helped out with the design of the building, were on top of things. I hope the trapped person is now un-trapped.)

The afternoon is going to involve more Person of Interest, and hopefully some tidying up and cleaning, because it needs to be done. And also, I probably ought to have a proper meal at some point...
Agent Carter - logo

Dear fandoms...

...please stop being so confusing, mmkay?

I mean, Person of Interest has Joss Carter. Stargate SG-1 has Sam Carter. Agent Carter has, y'know, Peggy Carter (the clue's kind of in the name on that one). Then Doctor Who fandom has this vlogger.

To quote someone (whose name, fortunately, was not Carter*), "I can't stand the confusion in my mind!!!"

*His name was Stein. And he was played by Rodney Bewes.
