...would appear to have mass-festooned the office with all manner of festive baubles and tinsel and other decorations, as a result of which I now feel properly Christmassy, which is nice. It's more festive in the office than it is at home, although for reasons I think I've already stated, this isn't difficult.*

Although I made the mistake of commenting earlier that all we needed now was someone to bring in some mince pies, and this seems to have been interpreted as an offer.

*It's not that I don't like Christmas, more a combination of apathy and disorganisation that mean that if I ever do set out to put decorations up around the house, I probably won't get started until it's traditionally time to take them down, and as it is I'm seldom around for long enough to appreciate them (more so this year with the impending Thailand trip).

Incidentally, I received my first Christmas card of the year yesterday.
