I'm determined to stick to this diet, although I've thoroughly failed at it for the last three weeks. The way I see it, there are three good reasons to stick to it:
- It will help me to lose weight and generally be fit and healthy.
- I want to be a good husband for Sarah, and a good dad for any kids we might have. That's not going to happen if I'm too overweight to move, or risking early death from a heart attack.
- The money I save from not going to the food machine at work every day can more than pay for my iPhone bill.
But right now, the lure of the chocolate machine is strong, and my willpower isn't.
Mind you, blogging about it helps.
