Writer's Block: High school musical

If you had to choose a theme song for your middle or high school years, what would it be, and why?

During my "middle or high school years" (i.e. when I was at Brentwood) I was never really *into* pop music per se. Musically, pretty much the only constant during those years (1981 - 1986) was the Peter Howell arrangement of the Doctor Who theme, which is as good a theme tune to have as any. And then in June '86 I left Brentwood and the Peter Howell version was replaced with the Dominic Glynn interpretation, which - along with the Odissea album by Rondo Veneziano and Gypsy by Suzanne Vega</b>, always evokes strong memories of the latter half of 1986, when I started at sixth form college.
