Firstly, the Revd. Richard Coles - currently Anglican minister, and formerly keyboard player with popular beat combo The Communards - is presenting a new series on Radio 3, Out in the world - A Global Gay History. Sounds really fascinating. Starts this Sunday on Radio 3 at 7:45pm, and runs for four episodes.
Secondly, Seattle musician David Wu has an ongoing project involving recapping all the episodes of Fringe to popular songs sung by (it says here) a trio of three cloned anthropomorphised chipmunks, Feebo, Notchy and Pie. The project goes by the wonderful name of the Fringemunks, more can be found about it here, and as far as I can tell all the mp3 files are free of charge either from the website or from iTunes. I've only listened to a couple so far, but I suspect I may be downloading the whole wodge of them and listening to them in the car on the way to work and back...
For example (spoilers for Fringe S03E01).
And just so that the Revd. Coles doesn't feel left out (and at least this video has embedding enabled):
(Notice how I didn't go for the obvious Communards song...)
